What data we process

Data you enter in the enquiry form: enquiry type, name, company name, email, phone if provided, country and place of delivery, product, approximate quantity and message.

Data you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.

Technical data needed to run and protect the website, such as IP address and browser information.

Purpose and legal basis

We process enquiry data to respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

We process technical data to keep the website secure and protect the form from abuse, based on legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

Recipients and processors

The website is served by Cloudflare, Inc., which also provides the Cloudflare Turnstile form protection. Form enquiries are delivered by email through the email delivery service Resend, Inc. and received in the company's business mailbox.

These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, on the basis of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

If you contact us via WhatsApp, the WhatsApp terms of service also apply to that communication.

Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to cooperation are kept for no longer than 12 months from the last communication. If cooperation follows, data is kept as long as needed to perform the contract and for the periods required for business records.

Cookies and analytics

The website does not use analytics or marketing cookies and does not track visitors for advertising. On the contact page, Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical browser data to distinguish real users from automated programs.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to object to processing and to data portability. Send your request to info@adria-foodtrade.com.

You may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (Informacijski pooblaščenec), www.ip-rs.si.
